Refund and Return Policy
We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your order. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and review your request. You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your item and are processing your return. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been completed to notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within two weeks. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it for a new one. Please email info@nativeceuticals.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
After submitting a return request to info@nativeceuticals.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it and affix it to your package.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Insurance
If you’re shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives safely. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Licensee Orders
All sales of licensee-purchased products are final, and no refunds will be issued. Licensee orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. If the order total is less than $500, a shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
